Afraid the landlord or buyer will find what you missed?
The walk-through with a flashlight and your deposit on the line: that's the moment you worry about. We clean the kitchen, bathrooms, closet shelves and floor corners, and if anything in scope needs attention afterward, the owner deals with it directly. We also clean lanais, pool cages, sliding-door tracks and windows, plus the inside of emptied cabinets on a move-out, priced before the visit if you add them.

Lease dates shift and gate codes change, and you can't be everywhere at once. You don't have to be at the old place for the clean, and you reach the same person every time you call.
Dreading a price argument on your busiest day?
A change order on the doorstep is the last fight anyone wants mid-move. We set the price on the call, and if the home needs more than you told us, you hear it before we start, never after, so there's nothing to argue about once the work is underway.
Already 500 miles away on handover day?
You're already in the new city and the old place still needs its clean. Leave the lockbox code with us on the call before you go; we're insured and bonded.
Take the cleaning off moving day entirely
Moving already eats a week of packing, lifting, utilities and paperwork. Scrubbing an empty house at 10 PM shouldn't be on that list. The truck, the kids and the new place get your moving day instead. We can bring ours, or use yours if they're not packed yet.

Which parts cost extra?

Do I need to be there for the clean?
You may already be on the road by cleaning day. You don't need to be there: leave us a key, lockbox or gate code, and the clean happens without you.
Can you clean the new place before the furniture arrives?
Starting fresh is half the point of a new place. Yes, and before the furniture arrives is the easiest time for it. Tell us the new home's size and condition and you'll have that price on the same call.
Can you clean before I hand back the keys?
If your lease ends on the 31st or you close on a Friday, give us that date the moment you have it and we'll look for a day before it. Down to the wire? Sometimes we can come the same day, depending on the schedule. We answer Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 6 PM, and return missed calls the same day.
Can you clean while the dog is still at the house?
Moving is stressful for pets too. We're pet friendly; tell us about them ahead of time and we'll plan the visit around them.
