Paying for the wrong clean wastes money. Describe the house on the call and we'll point you to the right one.
The dishes, the bathroom, the sand by the door: all back within days. Weekly, biweekly or monthly visits keep it handled, and you'll usually see the same cleaner, especially when you ask.
Back from up north, and the dust stayed. A deep clean with baseboards and ceiling fans included brings the place back, priced on how it looks the day you call, and that price doesn't increase once we start.
A closing on Friday, a lease inspection, the last boxes going out the door. We clean the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and living areas of the emptied home, and on a move-out the inside of emptied cabinets is on request, added to your quote on the call. Already gone? Access gets arranged on the call.
Pick your city
Condo gates, lockboxes and island drives all complicate a first visit. Tap your city to see how we work there; you set up access with us on the call, and we're insured and bonded. City lines don't always follow mailing addresses. The drawing shows where the six cities sit; give us your street on the call and we'll confirm it's on the list.
In every city
Out on Sanibel or down in Bonita, the hours are the same, missed calls are returned the same day, and homes on Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach pay nothing extra for the trip.

Why we name names
It's frustrating to read "we serve the area" and still not know if that means you.
So we name six cities, islands included, and we drive to the doors in every one of them. If your city is on the list, tell us the street and we'll confirm it on the call.
Every city has its own quirks, from canal-front houses in Cape Coral to raised homes on Sanibel, and each city's page covers how we work there.
Distance makes you wonder whether you're paying for the drive. You aren't: your price comes from the house itself.
A vague service area leaves you guessing about your street. We clean in six named Lee County cities: Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Estero, with the same pricing and the same phone line in each.
Lee County is big, and "we cover the area" tells you nothing. We clean in six named cities, not the whole county; give us your street on the call and you'll get a straight yes or no.
Living across the water, you'd expect a surcharge. There's no extra charge for the drive to Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach; your price comes from the size of the house, the bedrooms and bathrooms, and how it looks today.
Calling into silence is maddening. We pick up Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 6 PM, and if we miss you, you'll get a callback the same day.
