Paying for a deep clean when upkeep would do, or the reverse, is money wasted. Each clean below names the house it's for, and we confirm the fit on the call at a price that won't creep up once we start.
You mop on Sunday and the sand is back by Tuesday. We come weekly, biweekly or monthly and keep the kitchen, bathrooms and floors ahead of it, cleaning to the list you set with us on the call.
After a long season, before guests fly in, or when life simply got ahead of you, the dust sits on the fan blades and the baseboards have gone gray. A deep clean resets the house with baseboards and ceiling fans included, priced from how it honestly looks today.
The closing's set, and you're dreading a midnight scrub before handing over the keys. In the empty home we clean the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and living areas, plus the inside of emptied cabinets on a move-out if you mention them. Already moved out? We set up access with you on the call.

What's in, what's extra
Nobody likes the "oh, that's extra" moment halfway through a clean. We settle every add-on with you on the call, so nothing new shows up on cleaning day.
Why it's simple
If a cleaner has ever added charges halfway through, or wanted to be paid before they started, you know how that stings.
Add-ons get settled on the call, not sprung on you mid-clean. The quoted price doesn't increase mid-job, and if your house needs more work than you described, you hear that before we start, never after.
Paying for a clean before you've seen it leaves you stuck if it isn't right. Here, payment is due when we've finished.

Questions before you call
Money and keys are what make a first booking feel risky. The cost comes from the house itself, and you choose how we get in.
A cleaner who won't drive out to you is no use at all. We clean in Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Estero, and there's no extra charge for the drive to Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach.
A price that moves once the work starts wrecks the budget you planned. We price every home on the call from its size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and how it looks right now, and that price holds for the whole visit. Most homes are a normal clean; if you're worried yours isn't, send photos before the visit and we'll estimate from them.
Gray baseboards and dusty fan blades are exactly what a deep clean is for. Every deep clean includes baseboards and ceiling fans. Refrigerator and oven interiors are add-ons, priced on the call when you ask for them.
Giving a house key to a cleaner you haven't met takes a leap. You don't need to be home: we clean while you're at work or away, and you choose how we get in when you call, whether that's a key, a lockbox, a gate code or the building office.
Soap scum you've stopped seeing and a stovetop you avoid happen in every busy house. Start with a deep clean: baseboards and ceiling fans are included, and a heavy clean is priced before we start, like any other.
A move date or guests on Friday often means one clean, not a schedule. One-time deep and move-in / move-out cleans are booked and priced the same way as regular visits, from the house's size, rooms and condition.
