New builds, villas and planned communities

Estero house cleaning for the new home that's still covered in builder dust

Start life in the new house on clean counters and clean floors.

You closed, you got the keys, and every counter still wears a film from the trades. A deep clean covers the counters, floors, baseboards and ceiling fans, and a regular routine keeps up with the dust that keeps settling for a few weeks after.

  • Insured and bonded in a brand-new home.
  • Gate and HOA entry arranged on the call.
  • Your own products welcome on new finishes.

New house, old problem

It looks finished. Then you run a finger across the counter.

New construction leaves fine dust behind, and it keeps settling for weeks after the trades pack up. It lands on the counters and the sills, and it shows on every foot of that big-format tile.

You've spent months chasing contractors already. Cleaning up after them shouldn't be one more project. A deep clean takes that job from you, and you talk to the owner, so it's one conversation instead of another contractor to chase.

Move-in day, the way you pictured it

Your first night in the new house should feel like a fresh start

Clean counters. Bathrooms that feel unused. A floor that reads as one smooth sweep of tile instead of a map of work boots. You carry boxes across a clean floor, not a dusty one. After that, a steady routine keeps a bright, open floor plan looking its best, usually with the same cleaner each visit, someone who learns where the dust settles in your house.

Three services in Estero

Dust from the build, then dust from living in it

Closing week is for the deep clean; after move-in, a routine keeps up. Each is priced on the call from the home's size and condition.

Keep open-plan tile looking like closing day

Wide tile shows every footprint, and kids and dogs add them fast. Weekly, biweekly or monthly visits keep the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and floors clean, and pets are welcome with a heads-up.

  • Every visit planned around your community's rules
  • Weekly, biweekly or monthly

Unpack onto counters without a film of dust

You shouldn't have to wipe a counter before you can set a box on it. A deep clean for your new home goes over counters, fixtures and floors, with baseboards and ceiling fans included. You pay only when it is done.

  • Ceiling fans and baseboards, no add-on needed
  • Refrigerator and oven interiors can be added
  • The usual first visit on a new build

Squeeze the cleaning in between closing and the movers

An empty house is the easiest one to clean and the hardest one to find time for. Book it as soon as you have a closing date, and if we miss your call, we call back the same day.

  • Every room in the agreed scope
  • Baseboards, ceiling fans, refrigerator and oven interiors can be added
  • Call early for a day around the move and your HOA's rules

Getting started

Tell us your community once, and we arrange entry before your date

A cleaner held up at the gate wastes a day you planned around, so entry comes first, on the same call as your price.

  1. Moving week already has too many appointments

Tell us your community, any villa rules, the size of the home and whether it's brand new, and you hear the price on that call. The quoted price doesn't go up mid-job.

  2. You can't be at both houses at once

While you finish at the old place, we arrive at the new one with entry already arranged, work through the floors and the rooms on your list, and you pay when it's done.

  3. Heavy dust won't move your price mid-job

Nobody can see how much dust hides in a new build, which is exactly why people worry about the bill. We price your home on the call from its size, bedrooms, bathrooms and current condition, and fresh-from-the-builder counts as a condition. Once we start, that price doesn't climb. If the build left more behind than you described, you hear it before we start, never after.

Open-plan living

Big tile, open rooms, and every speck of dust on display

Large-format tile across an open floor plan looks beautiful and forgives nothing. With no carpet to hide dust and no wall to break up the view, the floor is the first thing anyone notices, so it gets a full going-over every visit. If a patch still needs attention afterward, the owner handles it with you directly.

Why Estero calls us

Fans and baseboards still dusty after the build?

If the fans and baseboards still have dust after the build, the deep clean covers both, with no add-on.

Seeing dust a week later doesn't mean the money was wasted

Some dust drifts back in the first weeks in a new house. Weekly, biweekly or monthly visits after the deep clean pick it up, usually with the same cleaner each time, especially if you ask.

Nervous about new finishes? Leave out your own products

New floors and counters make anyone careful. Leave out the products your builder or flooring installer recommended and we use them; otherwise we bring ours.

One call before closing, and cleaning comes off your move-in list

Closing week is already full of calls you have to return. Call (239) 946-9240 Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 6 PM, tell us the community and the house, and we'll look for a day that works around your closing. Can't pick up? We call back that same day, Monday through Saturday.

With every visit

Enough moving parts already? These terms add none

Moving means deposits, deadlines and paperwork. These four terms are the whole deal.

  • Bring your own products for new finishes, or use ours
  • Pets welcome with a heads-up before we come
  • Add-ons priced before the visit
  • One number from booking to follow-up

Closed on the house and still working out the details?

Closing week leaves a dozen small questions and no time to chase answers. Villas and single-family homes are priced the same way, from size and condition.

What's the first clean on a new build?

If the ceiling fans and baseboards still have dust after the build, the first clean is usually a deep clean before your furniture arrives: counters, fixtures and floors, plus the fans and baseboards. We price it for the home's actual condition on the call.

Can you clean a villa as well as a single-family home?

Villa living comes with its own rules for parking, carts and shared areas, and it's worth checking. Yes: we go over those rules on the call, then clean the unit to the same list as any house, with the price set before we book.

Can you clean builder grit out of the sliding-door tracks and windows?

Construction grit settles in the slider tracks and a film sits on the new glass, and a quick wipe won't shift either. We also clean sliding-door tracks and windows, along with lanais and pool cages; tell us on the call and we price them into your quote before the visit.

Can you clean right after the closing?

The days between closing and the moving truck disappear fast. Call as soon as you have a closing date and we'll look for a day before the truck; we arrange gate entry on the same call.

Do you clean inside gated planned communities?

A gate that won't let your cleaner in means a wasted morning for you. Tell us your community when you call and we set up entry before your date; we're insured and bonded while we're inside.

How often should we book once we settle in?

A new house with kids, dogs or weekend guests gets used differently from a model home. Weekly, biweekly or monthly is your call; tell us how the house gets used and we'll help you pick, and the list stays the same whichever you choose.

Newer Estero communities are on our list too

New streets can make you wonder whether a cleaner reaches them. We clean across Estero, planned communities and villas included. If the old place is in one of these cities, one call covers both homes, each priced on its own.
